They were very efficient and kept me informed doing the entire process. The pictures (some of them over 100 years old) were returned to me via FedEx and were packaged very securely. I am very pleased with the results and will be using them for future scanning jobs. I am the family genealogist and have many pictures to maintain for future generations.
