That last order I placed took a week to get. Way too long. I lost the job because I could not receive the light fixtures on time. And when they did arrive, UPS delivered them to the wrong address!!! E-conolight, I am done with you. You used to be a great company to do business with, but not anymore.

Love the selection you have and that you are local. Don’t love the fact your website showed the product ships in 2-3 days (I only live 40 minutes from you) and then I get an email that says product isnt available for 3-4 weeks. I’m not a fan of companies advertising product is in stock and then turn around and say it’s not in stock.

My first order although another family member ordered quite frequently before me. Website is easy to navigate and find the product I was looking for, shipping was fast, prices are great. I had to make a customer service call about payment information, she was wonderful to deal with and everything arrived on time and in good shape. Will be ordering again.
