I never.received shipping or tracking information on my order. I emailed customer service (3) times about it and didn’t get a reply.

Good products and pricing. I used the indoor layout tool and selecting the fixture was a little difficult. You have a large number of lights listed and would like to be able to copy and paste a catalog number instead of searching one from the list. Keep up the great work

It appears many items are being deleated. Selection are limited to old stock especially when receiving fixtures that have 2021 date codes.

That last order I placed took a week to get. Way too long. I lost the job because I could not receive the light fixtures on time. And when they did arrive, UPS delivered them to the wrong address!!! E-conolight, I am done with you. You used to be a great company to do business with, but not anymore.
