I have received a flawed lamp. I have emailed 4 times and no response. I have tried to call and the automated message says to email for contact then it hangs up on you. Really disappointed because the lamp is beautiful other than the flaw. I would recommend thinking twice about purchasing from this store. Customer service is really important. I have 3 friends that were going to buy this lamp but changed their minds when they realized how frustrating this transaction has been. It's really too bad.

Ordered 6 chairs-they only had 3. EBedding did refund the charges and shipping for the 3 they did not have. There was a minor issue with 2 chairs needing 2 parts replaced but eBedding took care of the problem. Thank you
