"The person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful."
I called to place an order for 2 frames for stock we already own and for a share of stock also framed for a friend for a Christmas/birthday gift. The person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The items arrived so quickly. The electronic stock notification is being delayed until after the gift is given. So thoughtful.
