"Shipping and delivery were prompt and within the promised time."
The shopping process was excellent. The web site was easy to navigate, the products and options clearly presented, the photos were representative, and the order placement and payment process was simple. Shipping and delivery were prompt and within the promised time. Shipping was fairly quick and was free. "Curbside delivery" did consist of the delivery driver rolling the product to the door closest to my chosen install location and takeaway of the shipping pallet. I was responsible for unpacking and carrying/mounting the top, but I expected this as it was clearly communicated during the ordering process. The driver was courteous, timely, and helpful. Finally, the product seems top-notch in quality and appearance. We enjoyed dinner on the table top this evening and this new top was a big improvement over the broken one it replaced. Strongly recommended, and good quality for the price.
