They v e me excellent customer service . Fancy , my sales rep , has to be commended on her terrific sales and customer service skills . The unit I ordered was out of stock and Fancy text me every day with alternative units but unfortunately nothing worked for me . Ask for a refund and Fancy issied one immediately . Will definitely recommend Lordhair .
