Customer service was great when I had questions they were answered. The glasses came in. They fit well. All I had to do was go get them fit it somewhere.

Customer service was exceptional. We had a small issue but TAYLOR got answers and solved the problem almost immediately. The quality of the glasses are excellent!!

"Shipping was faster than I expected and the glasses arrived in..."

Really liked the selection and the prices. Shipping was faster than I expected and the glasses arrived in great shape. I really like the look of them. Unfortunately I cannot wear them for more than five minutes without getting a headache, which tells me the lens prescription must be just slightly off. I think my PD is inaccurate. I did not receive this number from my optometrist and did not realize how important it was. Next time I will be sure to ask for that, and I will order from Muukal again.
