"It was easy to order."

The website is very informative. It was easy to order. I received a tracking number right away. It was easy and great. Update 5/21/24. I've had my chair for a couple weeks now. It was very easy to assemble. I love it. I have a lumbar injury. I can sit in the chair all day and work with no aches or pains. I was very leary about ordering a chair I hadn't sat in. I'm glad I did it. I totally would order again.

"I received my chair within a few days of ordering."

I received my chair within a few days of ordering. Assembly of the chair was straight forward and not tough. The box is heavy and does not have any handles so it could be hard to carry for some. I love all of the available adjustments I can make to the chair.

"It arrived on time and was easy to put together with instructions..."

I received my chair 2 days ago. It arrived on time and was easy to put together with instructions provided. It was for work, so I took it to work. It is so comfortable!! I really love that you can adjust it in all sorts of ways, especially the lumbar support. My back can get to hurting after sitting for long periods. It feels like I’m sitting on air.! Really great chair! Very quiet rolling on the tile floor too. Very sturdy.
