From the time my order was confirmed with customer service I had my new outboard in 7 days even with shipping from TN to WA State. It arrived and is new and looks beautiful. No damage to the packaging at all. Even after paying extra cost for the lift gate fee I saved $1,500 over local dealer prices. The customer service was great, and their team does an excellent job. Very friendly and informative. I had a follow up question since I am using this as a kicker motor and needed to know cable length for the power cables. Less than 24 hours I had a response to my email. Side note: if your not going to have help when your motor arrives you should get the lift gate service. Unless your built like The Rock (Dwayne Johnson), and can lift 160 pounds over your head. Also if your getting residential delivery once your package arrives at the hub you will have to schedule delivery, so as a couple days.
