Overall experience was outstanding. Because of my schedule I was unable to use their phone or online support. So choosing a railing type from all of the ones available was a challenge. As was figuring out how many piece of each size were needed for the project. My order was filled and delivered promptly. I am confident that I can get any additional accessories, in a timely manner, and reasonable cost. My only disappointment is that STAS was unable to furnish any information on installers in my area.Less
