Two failed delivery dates , 5 hours wasted waiting for 1st failed delivery. No / little communication and no firm details - same vague holding emails …. No one had answers to resolve the issue ! A week later and had no choice but to cancel order as no resolution. VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Had to find alternative supplier as this company failed to deliver products and service was non existent.

Delivered a day late which then meant the delivery dates I had booked and the Labour had to be changed Cost me time and money The discussion with your delivery team was ridiculous to say the least

The sales consultant was really helpful, working out specifically what I required and offering additional support and advice. I was struggling to work out what I needed and without Chris Wiliams help would not have placed an order. The ordering process was simple and delivery was quick. I would have given a 5 but the delivery driver just a little let the side down, he could have been a little more helpful.
