Rok were very good. Dosing funnel showed up in a few days without any problems. Why did I think it was magnetic, must of been another one. Shame because it would have stayed in place and done it's job better.

Had issue taking apart my 3 year old unit to replace parts upgrade parts needed because of our hard water calcium buildups, they replaced the whole unit and components. Can’t fault that level of service.
