The folks at SumpDirect are the best. I talked to Dave the owner and I can tell you honestly the knowledge he had and the great service he and his team gave me was professional in every way. They did everything they said they would do and my equipment was shipped promptly. I bought the best battery back up system, so I had a lots of questions and Dave had the answers. Outstanding !!

Kudos to David Daigle for outstanding customer service and support. I spent hours trying to find a replacement part for my battery backup sump pump system and could not find the part. Two other vendors told me the part was obsolete and not available. David went above and beyond to help, including an updated email at 6:30p that evening and then another email with a link to order the part at 6:00a the next morning. Amazing 5-star customer service! I received the part quickly, installed it and resolved my problem. I can’t thank David and SumpDirect enough!!
