The customer service is excellent and Lizzy is amazing. She spends a lot of time with you explaining each piece and helping decide which best for you. She goes above and beyond. I also spoke to Jung and I believe someone named gretti. Very easy return policy and the quality of the hair is fantastic. The human hair is so soft and so beautiful. and they have some of the most comfortable I have ever worn. The silicone medical cap is unsurpassed I will be buying many more pieces from this company. I already have two and I’m ordering two more. And the price is phenomenal. Definitely give them a try.
