Good price for the decking spindles, and excellent customer service. One of the packs was a missing a spindle on delivery, but TCO quickly dispatched a replacement that arrived in time to avoid delaying the project

I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. When I realised I contacted TCO online, that’s when Stan became my saviour! When I explained my problem he immediately got to the bottom of the problem and e mailed me to assure me that he could help. True to his word he cancelled the wrong order, reordered the correct items and arranged for a refund as my correct order was cheaper. Looking at the times of the emails and the opening times of the company, I presume that Stan was working late ! I told him that I wanted to nominate him for Employee of the month, but they don’t have such awards. This company are very lucky to have such a conscientious person in their employ and I hope they appreciate him as much as I do. I would recommend anybody use this firm as they are competent and efficient as well as being very reasonably priced. Thank you once again Stan
