      I'm about to order my third replacement remote control due to my negligence and lack of knowledge with a puppy. A very very smart one. Customer service hasn't just been efficient and polite, they also sent me a note to put it out of her reach. Compare replacement remotes on Amazon or Ebay. With going to the original company you get a remote that isn't a guess whether it will work or not. Plus, the replacement remotes on those other platforms are around $100! And, they're not overnight expressed! The only thing I wish could be improved is the remote itself. My pup hasn't touched any other remote. So... hide them!
