It was very easy to contact Twigby customer service for answers to questions. I felt confident going forward with switching my service from one of the major carriers. I also felt confident purchasing a (new) unlocked phone and installing the SIM card that Twigby provided. It was much more simple and straightforward than I thought it would be and I am so far (after 5 days) pleased with both the carrier service and the customer service. I can't tell any difference in the voice or data signal. With the 50% off introductory offer, I am saving $68/month on my cell phone. Once the offer ends, I'll still be saving over $50/month. I would have been able to port my old phone over, but since my reason for looking into different carriers/phones was that my old one was getting flaky, I was happy to purchase a new phone. Twigby offers a reasonable selection of phones through a partner, and their service works with a seemingly endless list of older phones. If you are not locked into a contract with your current carrier, don't need unlimited data, and are even the slightest bit tech savvy, I highly recommend giving Twigby a try.
