If I had not had to deal with NewPhoneMall I would give Twigby 5 stars . I feel they recommended NewPhoneMall so I knocked off 2 stars. NewPhoneMall is very slow delivering their phones to start with . The phone I purchased from them was defective. To replace the defective phone from NewPhoneMall would have taken 2 weeks after I paid return shipping . Long story short thankfully I used PayPal to purchase from NewPhoneMall they helped me get a refund. Horrible experience. I did order a new phone from Twigby that experience went smoothly. In the end I did not get the phone I wanted. The Twigby customer service was first class they got me up and running . I went without a phone for 2 weeks so I was not happy about that . Twigby is ok now that I am up and running .

I was very pleased with the customer service I received when ordering my phone. The communication was clearly spoken which I appreciated. Getting my phone activated was quick and simple. So far, so good.
