I have ordered 2 phones now. One with new service and the other with a ported number and new service. From start to finish, Twigby's website and customer service has been excellent. I still kinda can't believe we are getting such great service for so cheap. I used the chat support to get answers and they were fast, polite and helpful. Shipping was also super quick, even during these covid-19 times of delays. Less
