      Packaged well, good instructions (that you need to follow) and I love my new desk! Also, the drawer, monitor shelf, CPU shelf and monitor arm are working better than expected. I would recommend this great quality desk to anyone!

      They answer their phones and can answer your questions! it's very nice to have personalized service these days. And they ship their products promptly and my standing desk was exactly as described. It's very sturdy, well made and looks great. I'm very happy with my purchase!

      I recently purchased two desks from Vernal and decided to complement them with two drawers. To my dismay, the desks did not have the necessary holes for drawer installation, despite the website's clear advertisement suggesting compatibility. Despite reaching out to customer support through approximately 22 emails, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. The inconsistency between the product listing and the actual product has led to a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, the customer response from Vernal has been very unfortunate, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall service.
