I love my plum chimes! They look great and sound fantastic. Personalization is exactly as I ordered and looks better than I expected. I had a slight mixup and was shipped someone else's order. I contacted Whimsical Winds via email and received a response within 10 minutes. WW offered several options for return of the wrong item at no cost to me. They shipped my corrected order out the same day I contacted them. It's been a long time since I experienced such great customer service.
